This privacy policy applies to the Simple Fruit Memory mobile application (“the App”), developed by Chenango Web Design LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), designed by Zachary Janczak.

The App Does NOT Collect:

- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Browsing history
- Contacts or address book data
- Photos, media, or files
- Microphone or camera data
- Any information transmitted to external servers
What IS Stored Locally on Your Device:
- Game scores and history — High scores, levels reached, time taken, and mistakes made are saved using your device’s local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
How We Use Information
Since we do not collect any personal information, there is nothing to use, share, or sell. All game data remains solely on your device and is managed entirely by you. Deleting the App will permanently remove all locally stored data.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party services, including:
- No analytics SDKs
- No advertising networks
- No cloud services or backend servers
- No social media integrations
Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is safe for all ages.
Data Security
All game data is stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping your device secure with a passcode or biometric lock to protect any locally stored information.
